Scott & White offers you the opportunity to enroll in one of the nation’s top health plans and receive comprehensive coverage for you and your qualified dependents. Scott & White Employee Medical Plan (SWEMP) coverage is available to full time staff members scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week, and also for part time staff members working at least 20 hours per week. If you enroll, you and Scott & White will share the cost of your coverage.
